ABOUT TRUDY

Trudy Parolin, R.M.T / C.D.T Registered Massage Therapist, Complete Decongestive Therapist.
Trudy Parolin is a Registered Massage Therapist, practicing in Swedish Massage Therapy. Trudy is also a Recognized CDT Therapist trained in Lymphatic Drainage with Complete Decongestive Therapy, assisting in those who are dealing with but not limited to, the after affects of Lymphadenectomy, such as lymphedema.
With a natural intuitive nature, her highest aim with each client, is to facilitate healing of the entire being in mind, body, and spirit and to inspire and educate, to achieve balance and continued wellness in all areas. Trudy also holds other certificates in Reflexology for the feet, Cupping, Hot Stone, Therapeutic Ultrasound, and is a practicing Reiki Master & teacher to the Usui Method of Reiki.
Trudy is Registered with the C.M.T.O, and is on the list of CDT/ILD therapists on the Ontario Lymphocare Centre website. She is also an active participant to the RMA (Reiki Membership Association) for Reiki.

Trudy lives in Mississauga with her husband and two children who inspire her to be the best she can be. Trudy welcomes new clients and believes that by helping one person at a time, we can make the world a better place

Meet Maria

MARIA MONTES, RMT

As a graduate of Oxford College, Maria obtained her RPN (Registered Practicing Nurse) license in 2006, to which she worked for 9 years caring for the elderly.  Today, she currently holds and practices in the title of Direct Observe Therapy Nurse, caring for critical care patients. 

In 2022, Maria went back to school to obtain her License in Massage Therapy, and in 2024 obtained that honour.   She is excited to bring her healing & wellness skills to those who entrust their wellness to her through the modality of massage. A loving wife and mother of 2 beautiful daughters, Maria maintains and honours her compassion work as her driving force for all her work and personal ventures. An encouraged priority for Maria is honouring the day of rest with her family, while she enjoys cooking good meals for them.

In her spare time Maria loves going to the gym to maintain her own wellness through yoga and spin class, to ensure the mind-body-soul connection remains healthy as she cares for her elderly Mother-in-Law.  Maria is excited for her journey into massage therapy & looks forward to meeting you.

Effective Mar 12/24’ the following cancellation policy will be put into place.
 
24 hours notice is required for a no-charge cancellation.
 
A cancellation of fewer than 24 hours will be charged a $60 fee which will need to be covered by the next appointment – A receipt will be given
 
A cancellation of fewer than 4 hours will be charged the full treatment amount.
